Precautions
- Importance of Hydraulic Oil: Since over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by oil contamination, using the correct oil is essential for the reliability of your lift table hydraulic pump.
- Recommended Oil Grade: We recommend using N46 hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 22-46mm²/s, in accordance with ISO 3448 classifications.
- Filtration Requirements: Before use, the hydraulic oil must be filtered through a 10-30μm filter to ensure system cleanliness.
- Pre-Mounting & Initial Check: Thoroughly clean all relevant hydraulic parts before mounting the mini power pack. Always check the oil level in the tank after the initial run.
- Oil Change Schedule: The first oil change is required after 100 operation hours, and subsequently once every 3,000 hours.
- Duty Cycle (S3 Duty): This lift table hydraulic pump is designed for non-continuous operation (S3 duty), following a cycle of 30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
- Thermal Equilibrium: To prevent the motor from overheating, ensure the ratio between interval time and operation time is 9:1.
