Engineered for reliability, this compact power unit is the ideal scissor lift pump solution for industrial lifting platforms. Driven by a robust 2.2KW (380V AC) motor and a precision 24V DC cartridge valve, it delivers a high-pressure output of 3335–3625 PSI with a flow rate of 1.58–2.03 GPM.

Precautions

  1. Hydraulic Oil: Use N46 oil (22-46mm²/s) filtered via 10-30μm. Proper oil prevents 80% of scissor lift pump failures.

  2. Mounting: Clean all parts before assembly. The pump must be installed horizontally.

  3. Startup: Check the tank oil level immediately after the first operation.

  4. Maintenance: Change oil after the first 100 hours, then every 3000 hours.

  5. Duty Cycle: S3 rating (non-continuous). Maintain a 1:9 ratio (e.g., 30s on, 270s off) to avoid overheating.

  6. Safety: Mechanical locks are mandatory on both platforms when using this scissor lift pump.

  7. Customization: We offer tailored power, flow, pressure, and reservoir options.
