Description
This lift table power units system features a 24V DC 0.8KW motor with a cartridge valve, delivering 2320–2392.5 PSI pressure and 0.46–0.69 GPM flow. It includes a steel or plastic reservoir (0.39 gal) with G1/4 or M14×1.5 ports. Widely used in electric lift tables, scissor tables, and pallet lift tables, it ensures smooth lowering via a solenoid valve and adjustable throttle for speed control, with optional manual override. 60Hz motors with CSA or UL certification are available upon request.
Common Types
- Single-Acting Power Unit: Uses hydraulic pressure to lift and gravity to lower; efficient for standard loading docks.
- Double-Acting Power Unit: Provides pressurized power for both lifting and lowering, essential for precise, controlled movements in manufacturing.

Precautions
- Over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by improper oil use, so correct oil selection is critical for lift table power units reliability. Use hydraulic oil with viscosity 22–46mm²/s per ISO3448, filtered through a 10–30μm filter. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Clean all hydraulic components before installation and check the oil level after initial operation to ensure stable performance.
- Replace hydraulic oil after the first 100 operating hours, then every 3000 hours. We can provide customized power units with different power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity.
- The electric hydraulic pump is designed for S3 duty, operating intermittently (1 minute on, 9 minutes off), and should be installed vertically.
- To maintain thermal balance, ensure the ratio between operation time and interval time is 1:9.
