Precautions
- Proper hydraulic oil is essential for the reliable operation of a 12v double acting hydraulic pump. More than 80% of hydraulic system failures are related to hydraulic oil quality, contamination, or improper use.
- The recommended oil viscosity is 22–46 mm²/s, in accordance with ISO 3448. Hydraulic oil should be filtered through a 10–30 μm filter before use. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Before installing the 12v hydraulic pump double acting unit, clean all related hydraulic parts to prevent contamination inside the system.
- After the initial operation, check the oil level in the tank. Change the oil after the first 100 operating hours, then replace it every 3000 operating hours.
- The 12 volt double acting hydraulic pump should be installed horizontally.
- The electric hydraulic pump is designed for S3 duty: 30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
- To maintain motor temperature balance, the interval time and operation time ratio should be 1:9.
- When using the 12 volt DC hydraulic pump double acting system on lifting platforms, mechanical locks are required on both platforms.
- Custom power units are available with your required power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity.
