Precautions
- Over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by hydraulic oil issues, so using the correct oil is essential for system reliability.
- Use N46 hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 22-46mm²/s and filter it with a 10-30μm filter before use.
- Clean all hydraulic parts before mounting the double acting hydraulic power unit and check the oil level after the first operation.
- Change the oil after the first 100 hours of operation, then every 3000 hours to maintain the system’s efficiency.
