Precautions
- Proper hydraulic oil is essential for the reliable operation of a car lift hydraulic pump 110V. More than 80% of hydraulic system failures are related to hydraulic oil quality, contamination, or improper use.
- The recommended oil viscosity is 22–46 mm²/s, in accordance with ISO 3448. Hydraulic oil should be filtered through a 10–30 μm filter before use. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Clean all related hydraulic parts before installing the power unit. Check the oil level in the tank after the initial operation.
- Change the oil after the first 100 operating hours, then replace it every 3000 operating hours.
- The electric hydraulic pump should be installed vertically.
- The electric hydraulic pump is designed for S3 intermittent duty: 1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
- To maintain motor temperature balance, the interval time and operation time ratio should be 1:9.
