Precautions

Hydraulic Oil: 80% of failures are oil-related. Use N46 oil (22-46mm²/s) filtered through a 10-30μm filter to ensure dock leveler hydraulic pump reliability.

Preparation: Clean all components before mounting. Check the tank oil level immediately after the initial run of the power unit.

Maintenance: Perform the first oil change after 100 hours, then every 3000 hours subsequently.

Duty Cycle (S3): Designed for intermittent use (S3 duty). Maintain a 1:9 ratio (1 min ON / 9 mins OFF) to ensure motor thermal equilibrium.
