Description

The dock leveler power pack is specifically designed for use with dock lifts, ensuring reliable performance in a variety of lifting applications. It features a 380V 0.75KW motor, a cartridge valve, and a durable oil reservoir available in steel or plastic, holding between 1.32 to 1.03 gallons of hydraulic oil. The flow rate ranges from 0.8 to 1.03 GPM, with system pressure between 2030 to 2320 PSI. The oil port is M14 x 1.5 P1/P2.
For added protection, the floating connection between the ramp and lip prevents damage to the oil cylinder when the power unit is not in use. Upon request, 60Hz motors with CSA or UL certification are available.

Precautions
- Over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by hydraulic oil issues, so proper oil use is critical for reliability.
- Use N46 hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 22-46mm²/s, filtered through a 10-30µm filter before use.
- Clean all hydraulic parts before installing the dock leveler power pack and check oil levels after the first operation.
- Change the oil after the first 100 hours, then every 3000 hours.
- We provide customizable dock leveler power packs with preferred power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity.
- The electric hydraulic pump operates with an S3 duty cycle (1 minute on, 9 minutes off) to ensure thermal equilibrium.
