The Hydraulic Liftgate Pump is a compact hydraulic power unit designed for liftgate systems on delivery trucks and cargo vehicles. It provides smooth lifting and controlled lowering of the platform for safer and more efficient loading and unloading. This hydraulic pump for lift gate is built with a robust motor and solenoid valve, supporting motor‑powered lifting and controlled return movement. The integrated flow‑control and relief functions ensure stable operation and help protect the cylinder and structure during everyday use.

Precautions
- Over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by improper hydraulic oil. Using the right oil is key for reliable operation of a Hydraulic Liftgate Pump.
- Use oil with a viscosity of 22–46 mm²/s (ISO 3448). Filter it with a 10–30 μm filter before use. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Clean all hydraulic parts before installing the mini hydraulic power pack. Check oil levels after the first use and refill if needed.
- Change the oil after 100 hours of use, then every 3000 hours.
- We offer hydraulic power units with custom power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity, including those for a hydraulic pump for lift gate.
- Install the electric hydraulic pump horizontally for proper function.
- The electric pump operates on an S3 duty cycle: 30 seconds on, 270 seconds off.
- Maintain a 1:9 operation-to-rest ratio to prevent overheating and ensure motor longevity.
