Description

This hydraulic power unit is widely used in lift gate trucks, providing stable power for liftgate operation. It features a 24V DC hydraulic motor, a cartridge valve, and a steel oil reservoir holding about 2.9 gallons of oil, with oil ports G1/4 or M14 x1.5 P1/P2. The system pressure is 2320 PSI and the flow is 1.65 GPM, delivering reliable lifting and smooth lowering for both liftgate and tailgate systems.
Ideal as a liftgate hydraulic pump module, it is compact and easy to install, making it a practical choice for delivery trucks and cargo vehicles.

Precautions

- Over 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by improper hydraulic oil. Correct oil usage is crucial for the reliability of a liftgate hydraulic pump.
- The recommended oil viscosity is 22–46 mm²/s (ISO 3448). Always filter the hydraulic oil through a 10–30 μm filter before use. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Clean all hydraulic parts before installing the mini hydraulic power pack. Check oil levels after the first run and refill if necessary.
- Change the oil after 100 hours of use, then every 3000 hours.
- We offer hydraulic power units with your preferred power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity, including those for a tailgate hydraulic pump.
- Install the electric hydraulic pump horizontally for proper operation.
- The electric pump operates on an S3 duty cycle: 30 seconds on, 270 seconds off.
- To prevent overheating, maintain a 1:9 operation-to-rest ratio for the mini hydraulic power pack.
