Description
The hydraulic tipper pump is designed for operating the double‑action cylinder on dump trucks and similar machinery. It powers the lifting and lowering of the truck bed with reliable, industrial‑grade performance.
This tipper pump is equipped with a 24V DC 2KW motor and a 12/24V DC solenoid valve. The steel or plastic oil reservoir holds 1.05–2.11 gallons, with a flow of 1.38 GPM and a system pressure of 3190 PSI. The oil port is G3/8 or M14×1.5 A/B for flexible installation.
The dump truck hydraulic pump works with motor‑assisted lifting and power‑controlled lowering. The open–close action of the tailgate or cover is managed by a solenoid directional valve, while the throttling valve adjusts the movement speed for smooth and controlled operation.

Precautions
- Over 80% of failures in a hydraulic tipper pump or tipper pump system are caused by improper or contaminated hydraulic oil. Use clean, suitable oil to ensure reliability.
- Recommended oil viscosity: 22–46 mm²/s (ISO 3448). Filter oil with a 10–30 μm filter before use. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
- Clean all hydraulic components before installing the mini hydraulic power pack. After initial operation, check and refill the oil if needed.
- Oil change schedule: first change after 100 operating hours, then every 3000 hours.
- Install the electric hydraulic pump horizontally for proper operation.
- The pump operates under S3 duty: 30 seconds on, 270 seconds off (non-continuous operation).
- Maintain a 1:9 working-to-rest ratio to ensure thermal balance and extend the service life of the hydraulic tipper pump system.
