Description
Looking for a robust and efficient solution for your warehouse? Our dock leveler hydraulic power pack is specifically designed to provide high-torque performance for industrial loading systems. This specialized dock leveler hydraulic power pack ensures smooth and synchronized control for the upward and downward movements of both the main ramp and the lip.
Technical Specifications
- Motor: 0.75KW / 380V (60Hz motors with UL/CSA certification are available upon request).
- Performance: This dock leveler hydraulic power pack delivers a flow rate of 0.80 to 1.03 GPM with a system pressure of 2030–2320 PSI.
- Reservoir: Equipped with a 1.58-gallon (6L) oil reservoir (Steel or Plastic options).
- Oil Ports: Standard G1/4″ or 9/16-18UNF P1/P2 ports for easy installation.

Key Features
- Smart Safety System: This dock leveler hydraulic power pack features a 2nd relief valve, allowing the platform to “float” under load. This effectively protects the structure during heavy-duty loading and unloading.
- Precision Valving: High-quality cartridge valves ensure reliable operation for every cycle.
- Customizable: Manual override functions can be integrated into your dock leveler hydraulic power pack upon request.

Precautions
- Hydraulic Oil Selection: Since over 80% of system failures stem from oil contamination, using the correct fluid is vital. We recommend N46 hydraulic oil (ISO3448 viscosity grade 22-46mm²/s), filtered through a 10-30μm mesh before use to ensure the longevity of your dock leveler hydraulic power pack.
- Installation & Initial Setup: Ensure all hydraulic components are thoroughly cleaned before mounting. After the initial run of the unit, always re-check the oil level in the reservoir to maintain optimal performance.
- Service Intervals: To keep your dock leveler hydraulic power pack in peak condition, perform the first oil change after 100 operation hours, followed by regular changes every 3,000 hours.
- Duty Cycle & Thermal Balance: This unit is rated for S3 intermittent duty (1 minute ON / 9 minutes OFF). To prevent the motor from overheating and achieve thermal equilibrium, a 1:9 operation-to-rest ratio must be strictly followed.
- Custom Solutions: We offer fully customizable power units tailored to your specific requirements for power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity.
