Description
The Hydraulic Pump for Dump Trailer is a compact hydraulic power unit designed for dump trailer lifting. It works as a 12 volt dump trailer hydraulic pump with stable power and simple operation.
This 12v hydraulic pump for dump trailer comes with a 1.05–2.11 gallon steel or plastic oil reservoir, a 12/24V DC 2KW motor, and a 12/24V DC solenoid valve. The flow is 1.38 GPM and the system pressure is 3190 PSI. The oil port is G1/4 or M14 x1.5 A/B, making it easy to fit many setups.
The unit is made only for dump trailers. The motor lifts the trailer when you press the start button. For lowering, the solenoid cartridge valve opens and the cartridge flow valve in the return circuit controls the speed, so the dumping is smooth and safe.

Precautions
- Over 80% of failures in a hydraulic dump trailer pump system are caused by improper hydraulic oil. Always use clean, suitable oil to ensure reliability.
- Recommended oil viscosity: 22–46 mm²/s (ISO 3448). Use a 10–30 μm filter before filling. N46 hydraulic oil is suggested.
- Before installing the mini hydraulic power pack, clean all hydraulic components. After first operation, check and refill the oil if needed.
- Oil change schedule: first change after 100 working hours, then every 3000 hours for stable performance.
- Install the electric hydraulic pump horizontally to ensure proper operation.
- The DC motor runs in S3 duty mode: 30 seconds working, 270 seconds resting (non-continuous operation).
- Maintain a 1:9 working-to-rest ratio to prevent overheating and extend the lifespan of the hydraulic dump trailer pump system.
