Description
This trailer hydraulic pump features a 3.17 to 5.28-gallon steel oil reservoir, a 24V DC 2KW motor, and a solenoid valve. The flow rate is between 1.38 to 1.78 GPM, with a system pressure ranging from 2610 to 2900 PSI. The oil ports include G1/4, G3/8, and M14x1.5.
Designed specifically for dump trailer pumps, this power unit utilizes motor power to lift and gravity to lower, relying on the vehicle’s weight. Simply pressing the start button activates the motor to lift the trailer. The lowering movement is controlled by the solenoid cartridge valve, and the lowering speed is regulated by a cartridge flow valve within the return circuit.
This power unit is widely used in industries such as hydraulic dump trailer applications, dump trailer pumps, and other utility trailer systems, providing reliable lifting and lowering for various trailer types.

Precautions
-
Oil Quality Management: Since over 80% of hydraulic system failures stem from contaminated oil, selecting the correct fluid is crucial for the reliability of your trailer hydraulic pump.
-
Viscosity Standards: The oil viscosity must range from 22 to 46 mm²/s in strict compliance with the ISO 3448 classification.
-
Filtration Requirements: All hydraulic oil must be processed through a 10 to 30 μm filter before use in the dump trailer pump system. N46 hydraulic oil is highly recommended.
-
Pre-Installation Cleanliness: You must thoroughly clean all associated hydraulic components before mounting the hydraulic power unit.
-
Maintenance Protocol: Inspect the oil level in the tank after the initial run of the power unit. Complete the first oil change after 100 operation hours, followed by regular intervals of 3,000 hours thereafter.
-
Customization: We offer trailer hydraulic pump units customized to your specific requirements for power, flow, pressure, and tank capacity.
-
Installation and Duty Cycle: The unit requires a horizontal installation. It operates on an S3 duty cycle, meaning it works intermittently (30 seconds on and 270 seconds off). To maintain the motor’s thermal equilibrium, ensure the ratio of operation time to rest time is maintained at 1:9.
